Important additional information

Once you have selected a shoot, filled in your dachshund profile form, and paid your participation fee, you’re in! Next, your photographer will call you for a consultation to design a fun photoshoot to tell your dachshund’s unique story.

If your household has more than one dachshund they are all welcome to attend the shoot. Shoots for one dog usually last between one hour and 90 minutes. Shoots for multiple dogs last for up to two hours. Your calendar page will feature all of your dachshunds who attended the shoot, in either one image or a series of images.

This is a great opportunity to have a professional photo shoot with your dachshund(s) and create some beautiful artwork for your home. You are welcome to discuss this with your photographer during your phone consultation. You will be offered the opportunity to book a design appointment over zoom to purchase digital or printed images from the shoot, but you are by no means obligated to do so. To learn more about what’s available please check on the ‘Prices and Products’ page on the website.

Only dachshunds will feature in the calendar but their people are more than welcome to be included in the shoot.

Your photographer will choose the images that will be used for the calendar. We want lots of variety and for the images to look amazing as a collection.

Calendars will be designed, produced, and distributed by Dachshund Rescue Australia and available to purchase before the end of the year.

Dachshund profiles must be filled in by an owner who is 18 years + (children from the family are welcome at the shoot).

Digital and printed products are not included in your participation fee.

The printed calendar is not included in your participation fee.

Reschedules unfortunately won’t be possible as the photographer is only in Sydney for this project. There will be a backup indoor location if it rains.

Text may or may not be included along with your dachshund’s image.

!00% of the profit from calendar sales will stay with Dachshund Rescue Australia.
